SunTrust private student loans, including Custom Choice Loan, Academic Answer, TERI, and SunTrust Private Student Loan Consolidation, are serviced by American Education Services (AES). Please visit the AES website,
www.aessuccess.org, to securely access your account information online. Online access allows you to perform transactions such as, making online payments or signing up for auto-debit.
Federal Loan Online Account Access:
Need to find contact information for your federal student loan(s)?
The
National Student Loan Database System (NSLDS) can be used to
locate contact information for your federal Stafford, PLUS, and Consolidation loans. You will need your Department of Education PIN
in order to access your information. You can apply for a PIN or request a duplicate PIN at
www.pin.ed.gov.
