These sessions are called entrance and exit counseling — and now, if your school participates, you can do it all online at Mapping Your Future. A national collaborative public-service project of the financial aid industry, Mapping Your Future, provides free college, career, financial aid, and financial literacy services for students, families, and schools. If your school isn't listed as a participant, talk to the financial aid officer at your school to arrange for counseling.
