Based on the state and school you've selected, we're pleased to provide you with the following options to complete your Stafford Loan Application. Choose the option that fits your needs and schedule!

Option A. Complete Your Master Promissory Note AND Apply Online Today!
You can apply online by completing and electronically signing (eSigning) your Federal Stafford Loan Master Promissory Note (MPN) through our lender partner, ACS’s Web site.

Option B. Complete Your Master Promissory Note
You can complete and print out your Federal Stafford Loan Master Promissory Note (MPN) from your computer — you can apply by sending it in when it's convenient for you.

Follow these steps:
  1. Complete the MPN.

  2. Review the generated application for accuracy and save a copy to your computer.*

  3. Make a copy of the completed MPN for your records.

  4. Contact your school's Financial Aid Office to inquire about where they would like you to send your application. (Some schools may prefer that you return the application to the Financial Aid Office. Other schools may prefer that you send the application to the address on your application.)

Option C. Download a Blank Master Promissory Note
You also have the option to download a blank Federal Stafford Master Promissory Note (MPN) and print it — you can complete it and apply when it's more convenient for you.

Follow these steps:
  1. Download and print the MPN.*

  2. Complete and sign your MPN.

  3. Make a copy of the completed MPN for your records.

  4. Contact your school's Financial Aid Office to inquire about where they would like you to send your application. (Some schools may prefer that you return the application to the Financial Aid Office. Other schools may prefer that you send the application to the address on your application.)
